We are a Hotel and Convention Center located in an organic coffee farm of 44 square blocks in Las Sierras de Managua, 550 meters above sea level.

Surrounded by nature and cool climate, the convention center "Pueblo Viejo" has lounges and terraces built of warm wood, combined with white walls and decorated with rustic elegance. The chapel of the convention center near the central plaza and gazebo, give the charisma to our name, thus recreating the style of an old town, along with other areas. We offer catering services, food and drinks for all our events.

The pool of "Pueblo Viejo" along with stately trees, stands out for its size and modern constrastante, accompanied by a beautiful terrace with wooden ceilings and natural-color stone slabs. Walking trails surrounded by flora and fauna are part of El Ranchón Típico, another feature of the center area. 12 comfortable cabins equipped to meet the needs of modern life are ready to offer a break with nature.
